Update: 25/09/2015 10:17:15
In the evening of September 22, at the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Culture Center (41 Hung Vuong street, Hue City), the Provincial Department of Culture-Sports-Tourism organized the Certificate Donation for "Ca Hue: a National Cultural Intangible Heritage".
Ca Hue-Hue Chamber Music is a kind of scholar vocal music serving the entertainment of the former nobelty. This is one of the three kinds of Vietnamese Chamber Music (Ca Trù, Ca Huế and Tài Tử Nam Bộ) that rooted and developed long since with high artistic and human value. Concerning the originality of Ca Huế, it is a matter of much much further research. Although almost no definite conclusion is done for that, the scholarly values as well as elegance reflected in the music structures and lyrics are undenial. Consequently, on June 8, 2015, the Ministry of Culture-Sports-Tourism recognized Ca Hue as the National Cultural Intangible Heritage in the Decision No. 1877/QĐ-BVHTTDL. This is a pride but also a responsibility of Hueans in the cultural heritage preservation, specifically in the preservation of Ca Hue-Hue Chamber Music. In the morning of the day, a conference on "Ca Hue-Hue Chamber Music: the orientation for the preservation and enhancement" was done with the participation of researcher and cultural administrators. The conference gained many beneficial  recommendation for the future sustainable preservation of Ca Hue-Hue Chamber Music.
