1. Develop plans to protect local areas; cooperate with locales containing historical monuments so as to comply with Cultural Heritage laws and with regulations set by the Thua Thien Hue Provincial People’s Committee.
2. Protect historic monuments 24 hours per day, keeping control, maintaining good environmental sanitation and preserving assets, real estate and natural sights.
3. Keep order and maintain security; guide and assist tourists enthusiastically and politely, particularly on special days such as festivals or at new year’.
4. Organize training courses on developing professional skills in security, prevention and fighting of fire, limiting storm and flood damage, establishing civil defense, in order to help security forces to increase their understanding and to apply their knowledge of relevant laws correctly.
5. Accelerate checking and controlling procedures and cooperating with other departments to prevent from loss of income revenue.
