Agreed by Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee, Hue Monuments Conservation Centre will organize the Xa Tac Rite 2015 at the daybreak of April 12, 2015 at Xa Tac esplanade (Xa tac street, Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City).

The Xa Tac Rite is an important traditional one in Vietnam formerly to wish for the good weather, productive crop, prosperity and peace. The independent dynasties of Vietnam from the Dinh, Ly, Tran, Le, to the Nguyen all carried out the Xa Tac Rite in spring every year, and always considered it the National Ceremony.  As the passage of time and historical changes, only in Hue are the esplanade and the ceremony still preserved within the Old Capital City.

            Xa Tac Rite, as a royal ceremony, has been well researched and successfully rehabilitated to be a unique tradition of Thua Thien Hue province. To meet the strong desire of the communities in thurifying and praying for the goodness of all, Xa Tac Rite was firstly re-organized in 2008. Since then, it has been carried out in every spring, and highly appreciated by the public as well as the experts.

            Hue Monuments Conservation Centre would like to invite all of local citizens and tourists to join the Xa Tac Rite 2015 (4.00 A.M, April 12, 2015 at Xa Tac (Xa Tac Street, Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City).
