Press meeting on the 2018 Asia Pacific ICH NGO Conference
In the morning of November 5, 2018, Hue Monuments Conservation Centre and the International Information and Networking Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO (ICHCAP) co-organize the press meeting on the 2018 Asia Pacific ICH NGO Conference.

To coordinate the programmer for highlighting the intangible heritages acknowledged as the World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO, on December 15,16 and 17, 2015, the artists of Hue Traditional Royal Theatre of Arts (belonging to Hue Monuments Conservation Centre) together with 6 organizations of art nationwide participated the Festival "Passing the Land of Heritage" in Thanh Hoa City.
The Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni visited Hue Imperial City in his royal trip into Vietnam
Invited by the General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and President Truong Tan Sang, His Majesty Mr. Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, started his royal visit to Vietnam (to Hue city and Dalat city) from October 19 to 22, 2015.
US Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Rena Bitter’ visit to Hue monuments
During October 2-11, 2015, Consul General Rena Bitter visited Thua Thien Hue as her mission. One of her most remarkable activities this time was to have the investigation at Đại Nội (the Hue Imperial City), followed up a report by Hue Monuments Conservation Center on the Front part of Trieu Mieu Temple project's progress, sponsored by US State Department’s Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation in the morning of October 9, 2015. She said that it was wonderful to see how the work on this important cultural heritage preservation project is progressing. As estimated, this project would have been completed by the end of April 2016 on the occasion of Hue Festival 2016.
Artists of Hue Theatre of Traditional and Royal Arts won lots of medals in the festival of theatrical plays 2015 in Danang City
After 10 days, in the evening of the Festival of Theatrical Plays (TUONG) by Tong Phuoc Pho came to the happy end at Nguyen Hien Dinh Theater, Danang City with 19 individual gold medals and 19 individual silver medals. In this occasion, the two plays of Hue Theatre of Traditional and Royal Art namely the "Ngo Quyen" and "Lam Sanh-Xuan Nuong" won totally 05 gold medals and 05 silver medals.
Ca Hue: a National Cultural Intangible Heritage
In the evening of September 22, at the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Culture Center (41 Hung Vuong street, Hue City), the Provincial Department of Culture-Sports-Tourism organized the Certificate Donation for "Ca Hue: a National Cultural Intangible Heritage".

In the morning and evening of September 12, after a long time of practice under the supervision of some senior Tuong actors, the artists of Hue Royal Traditional Theatre of Arts (Theatre) belonging to the Hue Monuments Conservation Centre (Centre) did perform the two theatrical plays named "Ngo Quyen" and "Lam Xanh-Xuan Nuong" of the late author Tong Phuoc Pho as the report to the representatives of Vietnam Theatrical Artist Association, those of relevant provincial authorities, Hue culture researchers, the Art Consultancy Council of the Centre together with various audiences. These two plays would be competed with many others in a national competition on excellent pieces of Tuong of late author Tong Phuoc Pho hosted by the Vietname Artist Assocation in the late of September, 2015.
The training class for tour guide at the World Heritage Sites
The training class for tour guide at the World Heritage Sites taken place in the cooperation between the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Department of Culture-Sports-Tourism, UNESCO Hanoi Office and the International Labor Organization (ILO) was closed in the afternoon of August 28 after 5 working days at Hue City. During these five days (August 24-28, 2015), 23 tour guides around Hue City were equipped with necessary knowledges and skills for a cultural heritage tour guide when dealing with tourists and local communities
